As a free Service to you, your vehicle will undergo a complimentary safety inspection while in our possession. This is performed to ensure we identify any safety concerns and identify any possible other service related concerns. In most cases this service will take about 30- 45 minutes and will be performed by a Certified Technician. Any findings will be documented on your file and discussed with you as well, This free service helps us assist you in managing the care of your vehicle and keeping you and other motorists safe. This evaluation will also include a test drive both before any work is performed and after service is performed. This service is provided and included with simple oil changes as well as any service the car is presented to us for. Although we are thorough in our evaluation of your car, the conditions are only documented as they exist at the time of this inspection and we can not predict future needs that have no evidence of such. If you desire not to have this free evaluation please advise us before service is started and we will omit this service and document your desire to omit the evaluation.
For customers requiring a diagnostic evaluation and estimate before any repairs are performed: the average time needed to dispatch your vehicle to one of our Certified Technicians, have the problem evaluated and an estimate prepaired will average about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This time may be longer for in depth diagnostics or if we are evaluating multiple concerns.
Once repairs are completed to your vehicle and the technician has quality certified the repair, our staff will complete the service repair paperwork. This process normally takes anywhere from 5 minutes to as much as 30 minutes depending on the extent of the repairs, once the documentation is completed you will be advised immediately that your vehicle is completed.
If you are waiting while your vehicle is being serviced: we have a waiting area for your comfort . Waiting for your vehicle will not cause your service to be performed faster or quicker, an observation of a technician not at your vehicle does not mean your vehicle is not being serviced, as the technician may be performing the required documentation or may be performing technical evaluation in our lab area. Constant inquiries to service technicians or service writers may delay or cause services to take longer than needed as it can interrupt the scheduled flow of our production. My staff will Stay on top of your service schedule and advise you at the appropriate times as to the status of your service.
